Some AI features are included in every subscription, such as translations of open responses and keyword extraction. The paid AI Suite extends the analysis to theme and impact analysis and automatic summaries. The AI Suite’s pricing is based on response volume, so request a quote based on your usage.
We process all feedback data in accordance with GDPR, and access to the data is restricted with role-based permissions. Data is retained only for a limited time, no longer than necessary. Respondents’ privacy is covered by a separate privacy notice, and data can be deleted on request.
